Harry Reynolds Baiden is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gavac Business Solutions (“GBS”). He is responsible for the overall supervision of the management of GBS. He also provides crucial support for GBS through the management of institutional priorities and staff performance.
Harry has over 7 years experience in business development. He worked with Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia Bank), Patrick Auto Group and T-Mobile in the USA. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners. Harry has experience in driving growth and implementing innovative business strategies. With his strong and clear sense of responsibility, he has a demonstrable record in international business process integrity with the ability to synergise customer sensibility.
He is an alumnus of Virginia Union University and holds a bachelors of arts in business administration and management with a minor in marketing.
Chief Technology Officer
Divine overseas the technology and systems that powers the Employment-verify platform. He has over 8-years experience in modern technologies web development. Prior to his role at Gavac, he worked on IT Systems and projects for a number of clients including, Electricity Company of Ghana, Ghana Standards Authority, Petroleum Commission, Africa World Airlines, CitiFm, Ecodyst, GUBA Enterprise, Touche Digital, West Africa Retail Chain, Stratton Energy and Trading and the UK Ghana Chamber of Commerce.
He is also a Web Developer Consultant for EIB Network, one of Ghana’s biggest media brands.
During his free time , he loves to volunteer his IT skills for social causes . He is a volunteer IT Associate with the Ghana Community Radio Network and Nneka Youth Foundation. He also volunteers as the head of Social Media Team at the Trinity Baptist Church, Ghana

Chief Operating Officer
Bertling is a highly motivated management professional who is interested in working projects, which capitalize on innovation and creativity for business growth. He specializes in business strategy and information solution management. As a solution strategist, he focuses on using technology in modeling organizational processes to automate and bring efficiency. This involves using the best techniques for generating information to assist in decision-making. His interests span across business, innovation and process management, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and sustainability.
He holds MSc. ICT Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), under the auspices of Free University, Amsterdam-Netherlands and University of Pretoria, South Africa. Currently, he is pursuing a certificate programme in Advance Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He has diverse knowledge, at the undergraduate and professional levels, in management, ICT, investment and finance, and environmental science.
Bertling is the Chief Operations Officer of GAVAC Business Solution. Prior to this appointment, he worked in project management across various industries for close to a decade. He was a Lecturer at BlueCrest College (an associate company of NIIT Ghana) in IT Business Applications; Leadership & Governance and Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Sonia Addy-Lamptey, an HR practitioner who has had experience working as the HR manager for Hydra Offshore Limited and currently holds this role in a preschool she partnered, Baiden Christian Montessori. Sonia holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA and a Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK. Her educational and experiential knowledge has made her more than capable in managing GAVAC’s Human Resources.
